Had to wait 40 mins for a table when we made a reservation, some of the appetizers were lacking salt but the steaks were on poing

If you're looking for a steak dinner in NYC this is a spot you have to try! Before you get seated they let you get a drink at a front bar first, and that absolutely set the night off. The New York strip was cooked perfectly. The table side truffle butter was immaculate. All of the sides couldn't have been any better. Everything about this place was perfect. Must must try if you're ever in NYC.

Our second time here so we knew how amazing it would be. The porter house was above and beyond perfectly cooked. However the filet was rather small. The corn casserole is a must, we got the quality potato which was good but thought about almost getting two corn! They had a special of Gorgonzola meatballs, the sauce was very good. The ball itself was a bit overcooked. Oysters were flavored, the cherry peppers were delish. Try this you won't regret!

Came in not expecting to post a 5 star review as I haven't heard of this steakhouse but I was blown away. Service was friendly and professional. The inside is intimate (although 2 person tables can be close together; we were in a 5 person round table) and dark. Wine menu is extensive as I would expect at a high end steak house. Tomahawk split between two people as it was too big for me. The meat quality was on point as a medium ordered. Enough char on the outside to satisfy my taste buds. Sides of baked potato and asparagus. Overall, I would come back here for a good steak in the city if I am craving one!

The steak was good but not great. It was tender and went well with the sauce they made table side. Service was attentive and he explained the specials. Ambiance is intimate and the lights are dim. Overall it was a decent experience but didn't wow me. Probably best to come once to try the food and after I wouldn't bother.

Service was ok...not very attentive...but when they came, they were helpful, friendly, and informative. Food was very good. Meat temperature cooked exactly to order. Desert and cappuccino was perfect.

Going out of 2023 with a bang and no better place to end the year than @qualitymeats_. My favorite steak house in NYC! The interior is gorgeous, the food is always a 10 and the service is impressive. It's hard to choose from all of their amazing appetizers so why not try them all! Then sign me up for any steak with the bone . What's not to love? Classic NYC steakhouse. I waited at the bar until my plus-one showed up. We were seated promptly on the upper level. Service was kind and quick. First out was the delicious fresh baked bread with butter. Next up was the farmer's salad which was enough for two people. The mains came out with the Tomahawk steak which my and my companion shared. It was cooked perfectly to a medium rare. We opted for the truffle butter which came out with a presentation. And we opted for the freshly made in front of you steak sauce. The two sides were the Corn Brulee which is a corn pudding with a hard sugar shell. We had some coffee to finish the meal which came with mini chocolate chip cookies.

Nice steakhouse. Came here for our anniversary. Place has a nice dark ambience. It's really big once you go inside beyond the first bar. We had: steak tartar bacon ribeye tomahawk filet mignon fries corn crème brûlée tastes tasted really good, the filet was very tender and buttery, the tomahawk was salty and crunchy but cooked med rare, it had some fat around it that tasted delicious. the sides were good. corn crème brûlée was almost like a dessert. i wasn't too bc razy about the fries they were very dry and over fried imho. probably over ordered and over ate but it was worth the meat sweats all night - would come back again

Big fan of all the Quality restraints around town and Quality Meats was amazing. The service, the martinis, the wine selection, the ambiance. All amazing. I took my sister and her soon to be husband here to celebrate and as non-New Yorkers they were blown away. The steak I ordered was absolutely perfect. Highly recommend quality meats for a special occasion!
